FEATURES OF INFORMATION RESONANCES ON UKRAINE WAR EVENTS IN THE INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT OF PRINCIPAL STATE GROUPS

Abstract

The article examines Information resonances on Ukraine war subject produced by leading geopolitical units mass media. Regional partition of presentation of events is underlined. Factors that form information resonances are considered. The principal geopolitical and regional groups mass media news results are represented. The presence of the most resonant subjects on the Ukrainian war is studied, both in general and concerning temporary occupied territories. The position of mentioned groups of states concerning Ukraine in the war is determined. Narrations concurrent to circumstances that information environment participants disseminate are revealed. Information resonances produced by them are identified. Divergences in mass media of states-supporters of belligerents are revealed when they present information concerning the most resonant events in Ukraine. Examples of their content and rhetoric contrary narrations are exhibited. Factors used by aggressor to correct information environment both virtual and physical, are examined. This contributes to related narrations on the events mentioned and to corresponding information resonances. Relation of state information policy and “soft power” approaches for an advantageous world reputation is tracked. Priorities in highlighting of subjects by the mentioned groups of states are determined. That is an appropriate mean of a “soft power” to pursue Ukrainian interests in the international environment. The sustained information and analytical activity requirement is underlined for the purpose of temporarily occupied territories in the international informational environment. The importance of information resonances detection and representation features by different information sources from the point of view of Ukraine information security is underlined.
