ФОРМУЛЮВАННЯ ПРОБЛЕМИ СТВОРЕННЯ ПЕРСПЕКТИВНИХ ДИСТАНЦІЙНО-КЕРОВАНИХ КОМПЛЕКСІВ РОЗМІНУВАННЯ НА ОСНОВІ АНАЛІЗУ РЕЗУЛЬТАТІВ ВЕДЕННЯ БОЙОВИХ ДІЙ В УКРАЇНІ

Досвід ведення бойових дій у сучасних воєнних конфліктах показав, що одним із небезпечних їх наслідків є забруднення територій вибухонебезпечними предметами, які становлять загрозу як військовим, так і цивільному населенню. При цьому одним із основних проблемних питань є значне перевищення темпів розвитку мінної зброї в порівнянні з темпами розвитку протимінних засобів. Не є винятком і Україна, яка через повномасштабну агресію рф опинилася в числі найбільш забруднених вибухонебезпечними предметами країн світу, що в свою чергу потребує великої кількості часу, сил та засобів для розвідки та розмінування територій.
Аналіз застосування вибухонебезпечних предметів у війні рф проти України показує використання противником всього наявного в нього спектру мінної зброї, включаючи ту, що заборонена міжнародними конвенціями. Характерною особливістю мінування противником місцевості є широке використання дистанційних систем мінування, мінування безсистемно, застосування нових способів мінування, встановлення вибухонебезпечних предметів у стан невилучаємості. Аналіз наявних засобів розмінування в інженерних підрозділах ЗС України показує їх застарілість та низьку ефективність, а також відсутність дистанційно керованих комплексів розмінування. При цьому основним способом виконання завдань з розмінування як в умовах ведення бойових дій, так і при відсутності їх є ручний, що становить велику небезпеку саперам. Тому створення дистанційно-керованих комплексів розмінування є актуальним завданням.Вирішення зазначеної проблеми пропонується за рахунок розробки нових принципів дії перспективних дистанційно-керованих комплексу розмінування, обґрунтування можливих варіантів застосування штатних переносних засобів пошуку вибухонебезпечних предметів на дистанційно-керованих рухомих платформах за концепцією «Сапер переднього краю», обґрунтування вимог до структури та параметрів вказаних комплексів та реалізація ідеї щодо створення бази даних технічних образів відомих вибухонебезпечних предметів на підґрунті отриманих експериментальних даних щодо обраних показників (амплітуда, період та частота сигналу).
В статті на основі формалізації поставленої наукової проблеми з використанням теоретико-множинного підходу наведено модель функціонування перспективного дистанційно-керованого комплексу розмінування з урахуванням досвіду застосування противником вибухонебезпечних предметів під час війни рф проти Україні, характеристик засобів їх пошуку та знищення.
